As members of the Credit Services Association, all tracing activity is undertaken in an ethical way, in line with the rules and regulations laid down by the Association. Our specialist Tracing Department undertakes the locating of missing individuals. We have the resources available, together with up to date systems to ensure a high success rate whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality. DMS prides itself on its unprecedented success rate by confirming the majority of traced addresses with a secondary source, thereby avoiding time consuming delays and minimising the problem of credit notes. We offer a SUCCESS ONLY fee structure.  Therefore, negative reports are supplied with any additional information gathered during our investigation FREE OF CHARGE. Trace & Collect  The Tracing Department interacts fully with the Loss Recovery Unit and the DMS Account Managers are trained in the use of the tracing tools available. Collection of outstanding debt is greatly enhanced as our Account Managers confirm all addresses prior to any collection activity. The Trace & Collect service allows DMS to maintain the overall management of an overdue account. Beneficiary Tracing In recent years it has become increasingly necessary for Clients to trace Beneficiaries.  The whereabouts of Claimants to a dormant bank account, unclaimed shares or a matured insurance policy are often sought by financial institutions.  We have developed the resources to locate and contact these Claimants and our success rate in this area is extremely high.
