Process Serving

Lenders and Solicitors often only have one centralised location, making the service of legal documents difficult.  This is where our nationwide team of Agents, managed by our Head Office Administration team come into their own. With over fifteen years experience in Process Serving, DMS has a proven track record in serving legal documents quickly and efficiently. Upon receipt of instructions, our Head Office support team will allocate a case to one of our trained Agents and ensure that all of the Client's requirements are adhered to, which will speed up the litigation process. Where applicable, Affidavits will be sworn in the presence of a Commissioner for Oaths prior to the completed documentation being returned to the Client.
